10. Århus Radhus

This is the impressive City Hall building, which is famous for its unique design by Danish modernist Arne Jacobsen and its generous use of Norwegian marble. Some of the best views in the city are found at the top of the 200-foot tower, which overlooks the bay. The exterior is simple and functional, with a rectangular clock tower that appears to be surrounded by forgotten scaffolding.   (© 10Best)
