Café Kindrřdt is exactly what you expect from a café and more. For reasonable prices, you can dine on salads, pastas, sandwiches, and tapas while you enjoy a glass of wine or a pint of beer along with it. You will usually find that this café is crowded with locals, and it is especially popular around lunchtime. Most of the seating is outdoors, so you're best bet is to go during nice weather.
