6. Harbour's Edge

Known as one of Hope Town's best restaurants, this eatery is perched on piers above the water and boasts a waterside deck accessible by boat. The food is a mix of salads, sandwiches, burgers, conch (served a number of ways), seafood and steak. All are delicious and served with a smile and warm island greeting. Outdoor dining and live music and dancing two nights a week (Wed and Fri) add to the draw of this popular spot. On Sundays, Harbour's Edge serves a typical, tried and true Bahamian breakfast.
