 EDITOR REVIEW: Located in the University of Adelaide, this interesting attraction focuses on Australia's favorite pastime – the fine art of grape growing, harvesting, and making wine. Guests are invited to try their hand at blending their own wine via the interactive wine making program. A tasting room allows visitors to partake and enjoy a variety of wines, including some from the centre's own vineyard. The facilities also include a retail shop, a restaurant and a bar.
