 EDITOR REVIEW: Housed among the aromatic fields of the Penfold vineyard, this captivating restaurant allows guests to enjoy a sumptuous meal amidst elegant surroundings. The chef transforms basic foods, simple meats and produce, into exciting flavor combinations that include both Italian and French offerings. The salmon and the peppered venison are two such examples. The wine list is well-selected and quite extensive, as would be expected considering the unique location. Servers deftly wait on guests' needs and assist with wine and menu selections with great skill. |
