Dinner is delicious, but the real party gets going afterwards in Sage After Hours where charismatic DJs spin the latest dance hits for the well-dressed crowd of twenty- and thirty-somethings. Indeed, the hottest hits get the bodies moving and the drinks flowing. Live samba jazz is also featured Wednesday through Saturday from 6pm to 10pm.
