OLD CENTER / RED LIGHT DISTRICT.   Utterly charming, this Flemish-style bar-restaurant feels like your own personal discovery when you come across it, hiding from the world down a tiny alley discernible by a scattering of outdoor tables and a string of coloured light bulbs. Originally a coach house then a cigar factory, the characterful premises encompass a bar area and an adjoining restaurant with a glass roof and brasserie-style menu to be enjoyed for late breakfasts, lunches or romantic evenings.
