Striking, black-and-white-tiled floors and ambient lighting add drama to this fashionable restaurant, which has a contemporary flair and a way with seafood. Inspiration culled from around the world colors calamari salad, marinated salmon with roast beets, tempura prawns and escargots, pan-fried mahi mahi, and almond-herb crusted salmon. Other options include boiled lobster, grilled tuna, bouillabaisse with Gruyère, and even sautéed beef tenderloin for the uninitiated. An outdoor dining terrace and chef's menus are also available.
