Casual elegance describes both the atmosphere and cuisine. A typical starter is king crab-stuffed squash blossoms, although Caspian Sea caviar is popular and always on the menu. The Caesar salad feeds two and is prepared tableside. For dinner, feast on creative dishes like macadamia nut-encrusted halibut with coconut curry sauce and mango chutney.
