MIDTOWN.   The elegant, Danish-Scandinavian décor tips you off that this is one of Anchorage's finest dining venues. The dining room walls are cool cream stucco, accented with paintings by local artists. More than 40 wines are available by the glass, and the wine bar itself is a destination for many. But don't deny yourself! Jens' food is too good to miss. Jens' has a large selection of vegan and raw meals available. During their preparation they are never heated above 115 degrees, and they are served cold or room temperature.
