DOWNTOWN.   This traditional Japanese restaurant is especially popular with Anchorage's professionals who come here for business lunches of ramen noodle soups and bento boxes, but if it's sushi you are craving, plan to come for dinner since the sushi bar is only open in the evenings. If sushi isn't your thing, order the shabu-shabu dinner: diners cook their own meat and vegetables in hot broth.
