SOUTH ANCHORAGE.   The name of the restaurant says it all—this is authentic South Central Mexican cooking. Forget about Americanized burritos and fajitas, and feast on the fresh salsa, mole poblano, or the homemade guacamole with chunks of tender fresh avocado.
