DOWNTOWN.   For as long as tourists have arrived in Alaska anxious to sample the fresh local seafood, 10th and M has been obliging them. Since opening in 1943, this store has smoked, frozen, kippered, and otherwise preserved the best the sea has to offer. Today you can have crab, salmon, halibut, scallops, and shrimp shipped anywhere in the world.
