 EDITOR REVIEW: DOWNTOWN. A small house built in 1916 is the setting for this nationally recognized restaurant, a local institution for over 20 years. Casual elegance describes both the atmosphere and cuisine. A typical starter is king crab-stuffed squash blossoms, although Caspian Sea caviar is popular and always on the menu.
