OLD CITY.   The 1970s structure that houses this well-liked theater used to be known as "the ugliest building in Antwerp." Thankfully, several renovations have brought it in line with the rest of the neighborhood's attractive architecture. Along with performance venues, the building houses a restaurant for post-show dinners and a smaller café that's perfect for intermission snacks. In addition to local productions, big-name shows like "Cats," "Les Miserables" and "Phantom of the Opera" are staged. Smart-casual to dressy attire.   (© 10Best)
