Innovative appetizers include quail salad with goat cheese and artichokes and goose liver baked with honey and bilberries. For a main course, sample lamb with rosemary and mustard seed or grilled woodcock with Brussels sprouts gratin. Finally, for dessert, consider a parfait, which are the house specialty. Amazing Food and fitting wines This restaurants has excelent food and they offer to serve fitting wines. The choice of wine is very good and not expensive. I been there now about 5 times and was every time very impressed.
