CENTRAL STATION.   Antwerp's largest jewelry store is also an active workshop. A 20-minute guided tour lets shoppers watch artisans cleave, saw, brute and polish loose stones. Consumers are also educated about international rules for grading diamonds. Prices at the store are considerably lower than at retail shops since you're buying from the source. If you purchase a loose diamond, you can even wait while it is being set. FYI: An "Antwerp cut" is said to maximize the glitter of the stone.   (© 10Best)
