LATIN QUARTER.   With a bar, a cutting-edge hair stylist, and an in-store DJ playing house and techno, this trendy retro clothing store is a big hit with Antwerp's young hipsters. Among the merchandise available is a wealth of vintage duds dating from 1950 to 1970, such as Atari tee shirts, Donna Reed housedresses and Mrs. Roper muumuus.
