Lunch choices usually include a number of sandwiches – keep your fingers crossed for curried chicken salad or the Southwestern tuna wrap – and homemade mac-and-cheese. Meanwhile, early-risers treat themselves to fresh-brewed gourmet coffee and a straight-from-the-oven slice of quiche, a muffin, or a cinnamon roll.
