This exceptional museum is located in Princess Victoria's Sovereign's House on the Mall. The Royal Irish Fusiliers were established during the Napoleonic Wars and were recognized for their distinguished battle cry, "Faugh-a-Ballagh." The cry asked for people to clear the way as this military regiment readied for battle. The museum showcases the troops' uniforms and armory as well as battle history from the battle at Barrosa (1811) to the Cold War.
