NORTHEAST COAST.   Everybody who goes to Aruba spends time on the beach, takes a sightseeing excursion, sips a tropical drink, and maybe tries a watersport or three. Here's something a bit off the beaten track. The Aruba Ostrich Farm offers engaging tours during which visitors may get to hand-feed the large flightless birds, or even enjoy an ostrich "massage." You'll learn more than you thought there was to know about ostriches! After the tour, scope out the gift shop, or sample some unusual food in the restaurant.
