GREATER ORANJESTAD.   There are numerous scuba diving and snorkeling businesses on the island, but Aruba Pro Dive is one of the absolute best. The staff is PADI certified and they meticulously maintain all of their modern equipment. Dive groups are small, generally composed of about eight people, and each trip is tailored to the needs and skill levels of its participants.
