For a bit of extra sparkle, ask to sit outside by the pool, where you'll be surrounded by a vibrant tropical garden accented by fairy lights, candles and the stars above. Caribbean seafood dishes are without compare, especially the fabulous clay pot seafood medley, but there are plenty of additional options.
