8. Qué Pasa?

GREATER ORANJESTAD.   From the name, you might assume this place specializes in Mexican food, or maybe tapas. But the reality is more global – dishes take cues from around the world, including Holland, Italy, the Caribbean, North America, Belgium, Asia, and yes, even Mexico. Among the starters, standouts range from ginger-teriyaki scallops and spicy beef dim sum dumplings to fried Brie and a fantastic tomato soup that's earned an international following. Among the main courses, Shrimp "Que Pasa" is a favorite, pairing almond crusted shrimp with a zippy Mexican salsa. Other options might be chicken schnitzel, barbecue ribs or seafood penne with pesto.
