6. La Fondue d'Aruba

La Fondue is a cute, smaller place in town with fantastic fondue, and is a MUST for anyone who likes or wants to try fondue. We got the tre frommage (provolone, blue cheese another cheese and garlic, butter and white wine), oil for our entrée of beef, salmon and chicken, and a white and milk chocolate fondue for dessert. All were wonderful. Kudos to the staff here, who were ultra accomodating when we arrived late for our dinner reservations, then let them know that we had tickets for a show. They helped us order the right meal and got us through three excellent courses of fondue in time to make the show. Great wine, interesting local art on the walls.
