4. Flying Fishbone

Beautiful view. Great food. Pricey.

I would like to recommend this restaurant to everyone who visits Aruba. Aruba can be quite "tourist-y", but from the moment you step onto the beach/dining room floor, you feel as if you are the only ones on the island. The staff takes the time to get to know you, but also allows you time to soak up the ambiance with your guest. All in all, it was the finest dining experience on the island!!

You need to make 6pm reservations to see the wonderful sunset, bring your camera the waitstaff will do the honors. Don’t be taken back by the view from the street, when you walk thru the alley you will be amazed. Food, staff, view out of this world.
