8. Turtle's Nest Bar & Grill

GREATER ORANJESTAD.   Casual and friendly, the Turtle's Nest is owned by the same folks who brought us the Waterfront Crabhouse. It's quite popular with families because of the super kids menu. The regular (adult!) menu is consistent and good, offering affordable standbys such as shrimp cocktail, grilled steaks and burgers, and a handful of tasty salads and sandwiches. The house specialty, Seafood Linguini Fra Diavola, is quite good, but the daily fresh seafood specials tend to be exemplary, even inspired on occasion.
