GREATER ORANJESTAD.   This Italian restaurant features Aruba's first open-air kitchen. Chef Vittorio is from Milan and enjoys presenting the tastes of Italy to the locals and visitors of Aruba. I will return to Aruba for many reasons -- the weather, the great hotels, the friendly people... but especially to eat at this restaurant again!!
