GREATER ORANJESTAD.   This traditional Swiss restaurant wins raves for the welcoming hospitality of the staff and the hearty, delicious food. Thick plaster walls with knotty-pine panels and modern air-conditioning will enhance the illusion that you are dining in an Alpine chalet. For starters try the lobster bisque or Dutch pea soup. The Ambiance coupled with the exquisite service was above all. It is a completely relaxed, elegant atmosphere leaving you truly enjoying the experience. The food as well is absolutely fabulous. We are going back to Aruba in March and am looking forward to dining at the Chalet Suisse a few times while we are there!!
