PLAKA.   This restaurant has kept patrons coming back since 1935. Traditional dishes are the draw for locals, who come after 10pm to avoid tourists. Lamb yiouvetsi, baked in a clay pot with tomatoes and tiny pasta, is delicious, as is livers and sweetbreads in vinegar and oregano. In the summer, dine on the courtyard beneath the stars. When winter's chill arrives, a small stove keeps the dining room comfortable. Strolling musicians are a frequent sight too. Tip them, and they'll play requests. Smart-casual attire.
