Fireworks and lasers light up the night at Stone Mountain |
The Buzz -- Whether you have your whole family in town for the July 4th holiday or are just hanging out with a few friends, Stone Mountain Park is a great place to while away some time. If you enjoy camping, spend the whole weekend there (you'll have to make early reservations); if not, there's still enough to do that you might want to head to the park two days in a row. Whatever you decide, don't miss the Lasershow Spectacular, which is projected onto the face of the granite mountain and begins at 9:30pm each night. Fireworks only add to the appeal of this Atlanta tradition. Bonus? The show is free, although you'll have to pay a fee to park. |
