40. Market Village St. Patrick's Day Festival

The Buzz -- The attractive Village Market area in downtown Smyrna serves as the setting for this celebration of Irish culture and heritage. Festivities kick off with the mayor dyeing the water of the market square (green, of course), and proceeds with plenty of music, dancing, food and fun. Though not a small event by any means, it’s a more manageable size than Atlanta’s massive parade.
