6. Moe's & Joe's

VIRGINIA HIGHLAND.   A Virginia Highlands favorite, this retro dive has been serving up great pub grub and cold brews to neighborhood folks since the late 40s, becoming a sort of local historic site along the way. Crusty Braves pennants date back to the days when guys like Matthews and Aaron patrolled the field. Check out the old timey phone booth, antique cash register, and the classic PBR and other beer-related paraphernalia – hey, somebody has to collect that stuff! Saddle up to one of the old vinyl bar stools, order something fried and a tall pitcher of beer, and just let the scene take over.
