1. Fox & Hounds

While Fox and Hounds has a solid menu of English highlights, they have some of the most inattentive service I have ever encountered. In the 2 1/2 years I've been going there, I only go for a casual beer with friends because I know I'll only see my server once or twice in the evening. If you are going out to throw a few back, I'd pass on Fox and Hounds. You won't see your server enough to get what you're looking for.

I frequented Fox & Hounds for a while over Christmas, and they have Christmas Martinis, which were absolutely wonderful. Best vodka-tini I had in a long while!! Made it a point to try them all, spent many nights warming up inside the great atmosphere. Definitely recommend it for a personal intimate setting, sitting at the bar, and having a great conversation.

Good burgers, good brew. Nice outdoor patio area.
