Wood-fired, brick-oven pizzas are the standard, and nearly two dozen of them feature Italian cheeses, herbs, fresh greens and zesty meats. Their thin, crisp crusts are unbeatable, and they go exceptionally well with a simple salad. Pastas are also tempting, and main courses include grilled chicken, fresh fish and veal scaloppini.
