Set in a voluminous, warehouse-like space, this restaurant warms its interior with a tile mosaic and local art. Its cuisine couples the rustic flavors of the American Southwest and the Mediterranean to great effect. Smoky, earthy undertones thread their way through the host of entrees, which include grilled pork tenderloin, gourmet pizzas, a tuna tostada with cactus slaw, and Navajo fry bread.
