BUCKHEAD.   A tried-and-true neighborhood eatery, Hal's takes great pride in its traditional menu and loyal clientele. Upscale but laid-back, the restaurant serves impeccable steaks and seafood and is especially known for the quality of its flame-grilled filets. You might also sample oysters, trout almandine, osso bucco, or meaty, double-cut lamb chops.
