4. Wisteria

My girlfriend and I just had a great dinner at Wisteria. Some friends suggested we check it out after I mentioned that we were looking for someplace new to check out. Our server, Randy, was friendly and efficient, and answered all of our questions about the menu. My girlfriend loved her skate wing over grits and the pork tenderloin that I had blew my mind. Everything was delicious, from the specialty cocktails to an awesome dessert sampler. Wisteria also offers an extensive wine list and had a fun, upbeat atmosphere. We're looking forward to returning.

I grew up on southern food and have never had it better than last night at Wisteria. Our server Buffy told us was had to start with the sea scallops over braised pork belly and black-eyed pea hummus. She was right the flavors were amazing. Next Buffy paired a beautiful Cab Franc to go with our beef tenderloin burger and rack of lamb. This was the best meal I've had in a long time. The next free evening you have take a drive over to Inman Park and ask for Buffy she'll take great care of you and the food will put some love in your belly!
