DOWNTOWN.
The Underground is one of Atlanta's most popular destinations for locals and visitors alike. Tucked away one level below ground, the complex offers a multitude of shops, eateries, and clubs. Chain stores and local shops help comprise the 100+ businesses that occupy this area where the city was born. Specialty and souvenir shops are particularly prominent, although clothing venues and food vendors can also be found. The mall enjoys a great location near Centennial Olympic Park and Turner Field (home of the Atlanta Braves). MARTA: Five Points Station

Underground is a really cool place to hang out during the day. Fun to walk around while being able to stay out of the sun. Nice stores and food court. I only wish I had gone back at night because Kenny's Alley looked like it would be lots of fun.

I visit the underground every chance I get, while visiting in Atlanta. I love the atmosphere you can shop without getting wet and when its time to eat, try “Mick's” or “Johnny Rockets”. They both have great food. I simply love the underground and don't forget about the peach drop.

I went to Underground Atlanta last month on a weekend because my husband's co-workers said it was an exciting place to go. Well, it was okay. I didn't think there was much to it. I am very picky about what I wear and I did not see a store that satisfied me except for a nail shop. We will be traveling back to Atlanta around Columbus weekend. Maybe I'll like it this time.
