The property has been recognized as one of the best Hyatts in the world for customer service, and its awards include the "Best Business Services Hotel," which it won in 2007 for the second year in a row. If that isn't enough, the hotel has been recognized with AAA's 4 Diamond Award in Service Excellence every year since it opened.
DOWNTOWN. A children's museum is definitely one place where you want to find a great staff. After all, what's more embarrassing than having your child ask a question that no one at the museum knows how to answer? With the knowledgeable, extremely upbeat folks at Imagine It!, you never have to face such a situation. Staff members organize and lead many activities for children, making the experience as memorable for them as it is gratifying for you.
BUCKHEAD. The Nordstrom personal shopper staff, referred to as "Personal Touch," ensures that patrons find what they're looking for with the customized assistance they deserve. Unlike other stores, Nordstrom requires no minimum purchase to have a personal shopper's help. The Atlanta location in decidedly upscale Phipps Plaza hosts events like new perfume launches that your personal shopper can also help you with. You can even get advice from a personal shopper by phone if you're shopping online.
MIDTOWN. Visitors who fly into Atlanta immediately discover that not every hotel is "centrally located." The city is spread out, and simply getting to your hotel can be something of a haul. Instead, their smiles and extra-friendly attention make "upscale" feel more like "dinner at home with friends."
