DOWNTOWN. A children's museum is definitely one place where you want to find a great staff. Unlike other stores, Nordstrom requires no minimum purchase to have a personal shopper's help. The Atlanta location in decidedly upscale Phipps Plaza hosts events like new perfume launches that your personal shopper can also help you with.
