Boasting Latin flair, the menu starts with tender, flash-fried oysters and roasted lamb cabreles taquitos before it shifts to brown sugar-roasted chicken, banana leaf-roasted Gulf snapper, and pull-apart pig with natural mojo reduction. Desserts, created by the resident pastry chef, include tamarind vanilla pound cake and Cuban coffee flan. Great, affordable wines too.
