This casual favorite, located in a refurbished service station, features great wines and an array of gourmet-caliber plates that pay homage to the traditional Southern kitchen: braised beef short ribs with whipped rutabagas and cabbage, salmon croquettes with stone-ground grits and wild mushroom stew, and grilled Niman Ranch pork chops with mac-n-cheese.
