Located in the Hilton, Caruso's Restaurant offers a fabulous brunch every Sunday. With seven serving stations, there is an eclectic variety of menu selections, including Chinese dim sum, Italian pastas, lamb, salmon, and lobster. The chef adds his own specialties to the menu. Add a glass of Tattinger champagne and you have a perfect meal. Reservations required. Sunday brunch $50.
