   EDITOR REVIEW:

Saint Paul's, located at the East end of Riverwalk, was originally constructed in 1750 and has been rebuilt four times as a result of age and a fire that destroyed much of downtown Augusta in 1916. A weathered Celtic cross marks the original spot of Fort Augusta built by the British in 1739. You can spend hours in the cemetery surrounding the church.
