Not stuffy and formal French, but down home Louisiana style in a restaurant that has been voted "Augusta's Best" seven years running. Choose oyster and artichoke soup, a large varieties of po' boy sandwiches, gumbos, or lots of fresh seafood prepared á la Creole.
