The owner calls the cuisine here Southern French Rustic. Whatever its moniker, the wonderful food is extremely satisfying. Enjoy pasta with baby clams and mussels, thick pork chops with mashed potatoes, or pan-roasted Carolina prawns, asparagus, and goat cheese showered with balsamic vinegar. For dessert, try chocolate croissant bread pudding or the lemon tart with honey lavender ice cream, their signature sweet. Reservations recommended. Business dressy attire.

This popular restaurant serves the best Hunan and Szechuan cuisine in Augusta and some say in the Southeast. Every weekday the lunch buffet is bountiful and, you guessed it, cheap. For approximately $10 you can enjoy all the wonderfully prepared Oriental cuisine you can hold.

This trendy downtown "pizza joint" is a veritable beehive of activity, always bustling with patrons. The interior is wooden floors and exposed brick walls, and its obvious patrons really enjoy themselves here. Could be something to do with the "joint's" specialty pizzas or the create-your-own from an extensive list of ingredients ranging from sausage and mushrooms to more atypical choices like artichoke and sun dried tomato. You can also order salads, sandwiches, and calzones. Casual attire.
