50. Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Restaurant

Roy's has been around for a couple of years, but most recently it has become the heartbeat of the new restaurant district over at 2nd St. and San Jacinto. Their dishes offer more flavor and creativity than any other restaurant in Austin. My personal favorite is the Butterfish - it is perfection and melts in your mouth. They also have great sushi. The sushi is dressed with sauces and great flavor and is a huge step up from places like Uchi that just serve up raw fish on a plate. I can't each sushi anywhere else now. When you go, sit at the chef's counter and watch the magic happen! You won't be disappointed.
