I have learned to be suspicious of BBQ places that are recommend to me by folk who have recently moved to Texas. Everyone from California loves Mueller's and Rudy's. And like both places the brisket is good, but other than that... ugh.

The absolute best brisket I've every eaten. There's a reason it's considered one of the best in the world.
