NORTH AUSTIN. Even if you're a carnivore, Wheatsville's deli is sure to have something you'll enjoy. True, most of their food is vegetarian or vegan, but one bite of a Southern-fried tofu sandwich will convert you, at least temporarily. The deli is stocked to capacity with a huge variety of salads, sandwiches, daily soups, baked goods, and beverages, which you can enjoy right there on the patio or in the car on the way home. The ginger tempeh pasta salad is fabulous!
