CAMDEN YARDS.   Taking a family vacation in Baltimore? Kids’ activities elsewhere pale in comparison to a tour of the magnificent Oriole’s stadium, considered one of the best in the country and one of the top attractions in Baltimore. The traditional design of Oriole Park at Camden Yards speaks to the nostalgia of America's favorite pastime, and a visit here is interesting even when there's no game. I attended a ball game between the Orioles and NY Mets with my Aussie nephew now living in Baltimore and was very impressed with the ground and the zany characters who added to the atmosphere. Saw some great baseball, ate the local fare, drank a few ales, cheered on the home side and took away a great memory of Oriole Park. Worth a visit by the whole family.
